As a convenience to our valued residents, Aggie Properties, LLC provides several methods for you to pay your monthly rent. In all cases, please remember to round the "cents" portion of your payment "up" to match the property number listed on your monthly Rent Statement. This will insure that your payment is properly credited. For example, if you live in property #47, the "cents" portion of any payment you make should be $XXX.47. Please do NOT deliver or send rent payments directly to our management offices.

Payment Methods:

  1. Bank Deposit - You may deposit your rent directly into our account at any of the 8 convenient 1st National Bank locations on or before the due date (visit www.1stnationalbank.com for a list of local locations and partner banks elsewhere in the state). Pre-printed deposit slips are automatically included with your monthly Rent Statement (please save a copy of the deposit receipt for your records), but if this is unavailable for some reason, please use a blank deposit slip at the bank with one of the following account numbers (please check your lease to see which entity you rent from):

  2. Mail Deposit To Bank - You may mail your rent payment directly to the processing center at the bank, with a properly completed deposit slip, provided that it arrives on or before the due date:

  3. Automatic ACH - At no additional charge to our residents, we can setup to automatically draft your checking or savings account on the same day each month for your rent payment. This quick and easy process means no checks to write and no late rent payments! Please complete this FORM and return it to our office with a voided check for processing. Please continue to make your monthly rent payments using one of the other methods until you have been advised in writing that this has been setup.

  4. Credit Card / Paypal - Payments via PayPal are gladly accepted, but please be sure to include a 3% processing fee if you will be using a credit card. You will obviously need your own PayPal account to send payments this way. Our email address for accepting payments is Rentals@AggieProperties.com. Please be sure to print out a copy of the PayPal receipt for your records as proof of payment.
