Aggie Properties, LLC is the parent entity for a variety of real estate, development, construction and property management ventures, including Aggie Real Estate, LLC, Aggie Commercial, LLC, Aggie Property Management, LLC and others. We are a fully licensed real estate brokerage by the State of Colorado, and subscribe to the highest ethical standards set by our membership in both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR). We further participate in the multiple listing service (MLS) through the Fort Collins Board of Realtors (FCBR) and the commercial MLS through the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR).
Our specialized firm, which was launched in 2005 as a split off from another real estate venture, is guided by long-time business partners, Braun Mincher and Andrew Bantham. Mincher is a seasoned entrepreneur who has been active in the real estate industry since 1996, and Bantham is a practicing attorney who has been active in the real estate industry since 1992. Under their management and direction, Aggie Properties, LLC continues to execute a successful plan of controlled growth through focusing on the needs of our clients and exploring new development opportunities.

Mr. Mincher is a diversified entrepreneur who has founded, built and sold successful businesses in the real estate, telecommunications and transportation industries. In addition to his role with Aggie Properties, LLC, Mr. Mincher is actively involved in a variety of ventures, including the aircraft / equipment leasing business, commercial winemaking, and a telecommunications consulting group. He is also in the process of writing and publishing his first book on "practical personal finance," entitled "Sex, Drugs and the 30-Year Mortgage," which is expected to be completed in 2007.
Mr. Mincher also owns and manages a private portfolio of residential and commercial rental property in the northern Colorado market. He was raised in the commercial construction industry and has experience overseeing projects ranging from large custom homes to multi-million dollar buildings. He was the recipient of the 1994 Ernst & Young / Inc. Magazine "Entrepreneur of the Year" Award, and made an appearance on the NBC Today Show for a segment relating to emerging entrepreneurs. He currently sits on the board for the Fort Collins Museum Foundation and previously served on the Telecommunications Board for the City of Fort Collins. Mr. Mincher is an FAA licensed pilot (land & sea) and he attended both Colorado State University and the University of Colorado.

Mr. Bantham is a practicing attorney and a former Colorado Assistant Attorney General. He is currently a partner with Ritsema & Lyon, P.C., where he practices in the firm's Fort Collins, Colorado office. Mr. Bantham is a graduate of Hamilton College in New York and the University of Denver College of Law.
Mr. Bantham's real estate development experience includes a tenure with Community Development Group, LLC, a Boulder-based developer of residential and industrial property. Mr. Bantham currently serves on the board of directors for Care Housing, Inc., a northern Colorado-based developer of affordable multi-family housing. Mr. Bantham also owns and manages a private portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties in the Northern Colorado market.
